陽光回歸

太陽，我們的頭號友敵…… 陽光讓我們白天振奮精神，調節生理時鐘，夜晚才能安然入睡。當然還能增強我們的骨骼機能。可是它還有另一面，太陽雖然可以讓肌膚擁有迷人的古銅色，但也可能會嚴重損害肌膚。

慶幸的是，經過皮膚科醫生的提醒，UVA和UVB的有害影響已經深入人心。UVA會引起皺紋和使肌膚鬆弛。UVB會炙烤並灼傷肌膚。近年來，研究人員已開始研究肌膚與整個太陽光譜間的關係。事實證明，太陽輻射光譜中 90% 的光線在紅外光區和可見光區內。其他射線還會改變彈性蛋白和膠原纖維，加速皮膚衰老。

這一區間還包括我們使用電子設備時發出的藍光。幸運的是，美容業時刻都在不斷開發能夠保護我們免受各種輻射侵害的產品。同時，在享受春季的溫暖時，大多數肌膚損傷都來源於UVA，在城市生活可能會加劇這一情形的危害。爲甚麼？ 因爲暴露在污染的環境中會加速肌膚衰老、加速敏感和瑕疵的出現。有甚麼建議呢？ 不要等到假期才使用防曬產品。當春季來臨，即使只是坐在戶外喝咖啡，也需要防曬產品的保護。您的肌膚會因此感謝您的！
