誰會有黑頭粉刺?

黑頭粉刺通常出現在油性或混合性肌膚上,這些類型的肌膚會有皮脂過多和開放性毛孔的問題 — 通常青少年情況最為嚴重。但是其實所有類型的肌膚都會產生黑頭粉刺,像是我們的荷爾蒙混亂(懷孕、更年期)的時候,意謂著粉刺形成。  乾性肌膚也有同樣的問題:乾燥的皮膚會因缺水而產生過多的皮脂,最後造成黑頭粉刺。

如何避免黑頭粉刺?

黑頭粉刺的DIY自製護理產品

— 蛋液面膜:實際上,蛋能夠收斂毛孔同時淨化肌膚。每隔數周敷用一次蛋液面膜。利用刷子將蛋白刷在黑頭粉刺出沒的部位。蓋上一張面紙。在布上刷上第二層蛋白。靜置約30分鐘或等面紙變硬。輕輕地將面紙撕下,黑頭粉刺就會黏在面紙表面。
—小蘇打面膜:小蘇打粉是青春痘和黑頭粉刺的剋星。每個月敷用一次小蘇打面膜。在礦泉水中加兩茶匙小蘇打粉,攪拌成滑順的糊狀。敷在黑頭粉出沒的部位,靜置不超過5分鐘再以溫水洗淨。
